LimeLoop mailers are made primarily from upcycled materials, with industrial-strength zippers and reinforced stitching built to survive hundreds of shipping cycles.
Durability is the first design priority. A reusable mailer only delivers on its premise if it lasts long enough to displace the single-use mailers it replaces. The exterior is water resistant, the canvas lining protects what's inside, and the construction is intentional in every seam.

How do customers return LimeLoop mailers?

There are a few options. 1. A prepaid return label lives inside every mailer. The customer folds the mailer flat, drops it in any mailbox or postal collection point, and it ships back to be processed and reused. No printing, no scheduling, no app. 2. A QR code or printable label is provided to the customer with instructions for returning the mailer.
