Incrementally incorporate full circle shippers and sensors in to the B2C packaging stream. Collectively test, learn, and evolve shipper logistics and data collection.
Goal 1. Full Circle Shipper. Increase consumer experience and decrease consumption.
Goal 2. Shipper Data. Test visibility into the shipper’s whereabouts for increased targeted consumer interaction and efficient fulfillment logistics.
Goal 3. Logistics Simplified. Streamline logistics from customer order to home.
HOW-IT-WORKS: LimeLoop will provide a branded how-it-works postcard to place inside the bag. The postcard includes simple instructions on how the consumer can return the shipper. LimeLoop team will reach out for customization.
SECURITY. LimeLoop will provide M.Patmos with zip ties to place at the opening of the bag. This ensures the bag is shipped safely to the consumer.
COMMUNICATION: We recommend setting up a consumer email reminder. The goal of the email is to kindly remind your consumer to return the shipper.
Explore options for incentivizing your consumer for participating and/or returning the shipper.
Consumers and M. Patmos to gain visibility into the shipper’s whereabouts via the LimeLoop app. Upon receipt of their order, consumers will be presented with a custom message and/or insights poll, inline with M. Patmos brand goals.
SHIPPER QUALITY CONTROL
LimeLoop will provide materials and tools for cleaning the shippers when needed. This will ensure all shippers maintain function and form.
EMPTY SHIPPER RETURN
LimeLoop to work with you to create an efficient and economical system for the consumer return label.
Includes shipper rental, data, shipping cost of empty shipper from the consumer to M.Patmos, QC materials and tools, zip ties, and how-it-works postcards.
