OBJECTIVE

Incrementally incorporate full circle shippers and sensors into your ecommerce packaging stream. Collectively test, learn, and evolve shipper logistics and data collection.

GOALS

Goal 1. Full Circle Shipper. Increase consumer experience and decrease consumption.

Goal 2. The Platform. Test visibility into the shipper’s whereabouts for increased targeted consumer interaction.

Goal 3. Logistics Simplified. Streamline logistics from customer order to home.

SHIPPER TEST (B2C)

IDEA: Consumer Opt-In Program

 A/B test a consumer opt-in program to ensure a high rate of shipper return. The program allows your consumer to opt-in to receiving and returning a shipper at checkout.

ACTION: Turtle Fur to create an opt-In pop-up, incentive, and consumer messaging at checkout.  To ensure the shipper is returned to the fulfillment center a branded return label and “how to it works” messaging will be developed. LimeLoop to share tools, learnings, and templates.

 

LIMELOOP PLATFORM.

Consumers and your team to gain visibility into the shipper’s whereabouts via the LimeLoop Platform. Upon receipt of their order, consumers will be presented with a custom message and/or insights poll, in line with your brand goals.

 

LOGISTICS

Test 1. Shipper Quality Control

ACTION: LimeLoop to work with you and your fulfillment center to execute a quality control system that ensures all shippers maintain function and form.

Test 2. Product Returns

ACTION: LimeLoop to work with you and your fulfillment center to create a label for product and shipper returns vs. just the shipper.

Q4 2018: Start with 100 shippers at $100/Month.

Q4 2018/Q1 2019 : Add Shippers as needed. Additional Shippers at $1/Shipper

LimeLoop orders cable ties (# of shippers x 6). Sends to Turtle Furs fulfillment center.

LimeLoop orders cleaning kit. Sends to the fulfillment center.

Brand identifies method for ongoing data pulls of order information.

Set up 30 Minute Meeting.


Week of October 15th: Guidelines + Testing

LimeLoop sends How-to, Quality Control and Cleaning PDF guidelines.

LimeLoop sends shippers to fulfillment center.

Brand finalizes data pulls.

Brand on-boarded onto the LimeLoop platform.
