Incrementally incorporate full circle shippers and sensors in to the B2C packaging stream. Collectively test, learn, and evolve shipper logistics and data collection.
Goal 1. Full Circle Shipper. Increase consumer experience and decrease consumption.
Goal 2. Shipper Sensor. Test visibility into the shipper’s whereabouts for increased targeted consumer interaction and efficient fulfillment logistics.
Goal 3. Logistics Simplified. Streamline logistics from customer order to home.
Test Option 1. Consumer Opt-In Program
IDEA: A/B test a consumer opt-in program to ensure a high rate of shipper return. The program allows the Western Rise consumer to opt-in to receiving and returning a shipper at checkout.
ACTION: Western Rise and LimeLoop to create an opt-In pop up, incentive, and consumer messaging at checkout. To ensure the shipper is returned to the fulfillment center a branded return label and “how to it works” messaging will be developed.
Explore options for incentivizing the customer for participating and/or returning the shipper.
Consumers and Western Rise to gain visibility into the shipper’s whereabouts via the LimeLoop app. Upon receipt of their order, consumers will be presented with a custom message and/or insights poll, inline with Western Rise’s brand goals.

ACTION: LimeLoop to work with your fulfillment center to execute a quality control system that ensures all shippers maintain function and form.
Test 2. Reacceptance of Package
ACTION: LimeLoop to work with your fulfillment center to create an efficient re-acceptance and distribution of packages.
Test 3. Product Returns
ACTION: LimeLoop to work with your fulfillment center to create a label for product and shipper returns vs. just the shipper.
